BAYERN MUNICH TRAINING

Part of me has a good idea about how Landon Donavan's training in Germany will end, and the other one is really excited to see an American player being part of one of the biggest clubs in the world.

However, based on evidence from his 2 previous attempts to play in Europe, I predict the session went something like this:



Luca Toni embarrassed Donovan by showing him what finishing is all about ...



After doubting his ability, Donovan immediately begins to feel home sick and asks Bastian Schweinsteiger to show him the nearest exit ...



On his way out, Jurgen Klinsmann tells Donovan about a short cut to the Munich Airport to catch his flight back to the comfort of sunny southern California.




All joking aside, I truly hope Landon does well and demonstrates that Americans are more than capable of playing with the best. Even though he's only training for now, there's a decent chance he'll be offered a contract in January. Once again, good luck Landy Cakes.
