Umbro has taken an interesting approach to developing the new kits (or uniform for us American blokes) for the England national team. Steering away from typical cookie-cutter designs, Umbro started from scratch and opted for a bespoke approach that will meet the specifications of each player. Performing well is ultimately up to individual and collective ability, but I'm sure having tailor made equipment will definitely help.
